This detached house is located in the prestigious Bourgas housing estate called Banevo, which, for the past several years has become a popular suburb, much sought after by any people, who have built houses there and made it their home. The house is newly-built and livable since August 2009, with a total floor space of about 400 sq. m. and yard area of about 840 sq. m. and looking to the south. The distribution of one half of the house that looks to the south-east is as follows: on the first floor: a large room that is a living-room, a dining-room and a kitchen into one, with an area of 40 sq. m., a bedroom with an area of about 15 sq. m., a bathroom, some laundry premises and a corridor. You can reach the second floor up a staircase and there you will find three spacious bedrooms of about 17 – 20 sq. m., a bathroom and laundry premises; the stairs starting from floor two lead to a spacious, light and airy attic. A characteristic feature of the house is that one of the bedrooms – the one above the kitchen and the most spacious of the three, with an area of about 20 sq. m., is with the necessary plumbing and electric wiring that could help you turn it into a kitchen; in this way the second floor can be separated as one wholly independent flat, consisting of a kitchen – dining-room, two rooms, a bathroom and some laundry premises; in this part of the house, on the second floor, there is one additional room, made from the space above the north entrance, which, as an exception from the other rooms in the house, looks to the north and is currently used as a bedroom. You will also find the same distribution in the other part of the house, which part looks to the south-west; the only difference is that the room looking to the north is missing. In the same way, however, in the part of the house looking to the south-west, which is almost ready except for some finishing touches and furniture, you can have two entirely separate flats: a large room uniting a living-room, a kitchen and a dining-room into one plus a bedroom, laundry premises and a bathroom on the first floor, and on the second floor: a dining-room and a kitchen, two rooms, a bathroom and some laundry premises, with a folding staircase leading to the attic.
The yard of the house is with an area of about 840 sq. m. and is currently being landscaped; some new fruit trees have been recently planted, and also grass, flowers and some perennial shrubs. In one corner of the yard, close to the street, there are two parking spaces, and in the north-west corner of it there is the necessary plumbing, wiring and sewage for a barbeque to be built.
Burgas is situated on the Black Sea, in the south-eastern part of the country. It is the fourth largest city in Bulgaria and is smaller and less crowded than other big city on Bulgarian Black Sea — Varna. The climate here is temperately continental with a distinct impact from the Black Sea. Burgas has a relaxed atmosphere with good shopping and an abundance of restaurants and outdoor cafes.The Sea Park is situated on a high shore, all of it cut by flowerbeds, trees and sculptures. Within the park there is the casino, a small zoo and the open-air theatre. The central beach is situated below the Sea Park, a beautiful forked staircase in verdure leads to the beach. The city has a northern beach, too, close to the Izgrev Quarter, adjacent to the salt-mines. Burgas is Bulgaria`s largest port and this is the primary focus of the city, but Burgas is not only an important industrial centre — it has also considerable resources for tourism. The favorable geographical location and advanced transport infrastructure of Burgas are good prerequisites for development of tourism and trade. The city is a starting point for visiting the seaside resorts in the area — Sunny Beach resort, town of Nessebar, The Elenite holiday village, etc. to the north and The Dyuni holiday village, Sozopol, Kiten, Lozenets and others to the south.
